It’s the Easter weekend and that means a long weekend here in the UK starting today, Good Friday.

On this Easter Sunday, I will be preparing Easter lunch and celebrating it with my husband and mother who’s come over from Milan to spend Easter and two weeks with us.

I want to use the Easter weekend to share with you three posts I wrote about this occasion.

I know it’s not business-related, but don’t we all deserve some rest and relaxation every now and again?
Here are the three posts to read and listen to.

Post #One:

This post is all about the Easter vocabulary you may see when reading about Easter.
Post #Two:
You know I love idioms and I couldn’t help sharing these 8 idioms related to Easter.

Post #Three:

And finally, I simply had to share 10 more idioms but this time adding a Spring theme to them.

Easter and Spring work like a dream

I hope you enjoy reading and listening to them. Please share them if you think your friends and colleagues would enjoy them too.

I will be back on Friday 21 April with a brand new Business English lesson.

Can’t wait that long?

If you can’t wait until then, why not join my free live lesson on Facebook -Wednesdays with EWAT. It’s at 3pm GMT +1. Join me for lesson #21 on 19 April when I’ll be talking about how to say zero in English. Find out more about Weds with EWAT here.

In the meantime, have a wonderful Easter and Passover to all of you who celebrate these two religious festivals.

Ciao for now
